Stretching is so important as it’s a beautiful way of getting to know the limits of the body as well as benefiting a slim down. Keep hydrated with a big water container by the outside part of the sauna for when needed. Please keep breathing❣️start gradually and eventually the length of time inside sauna will increase. Step outside if dizziness occurs and take good deep breaths. If needed take a squat and get good breaths out of the sauna. If possible to return for a round two is optional. I normally go out to get air and water then repeat till I can’t anymore.
