Decline Bench Press

Bodyweight Dips
3 sets + dropset (until failure) – 15 reps

Pec Deck Flyes
3 sets – 15 reps

Close-grip Bench Press (smith machine)
3 sets – 8-10 reps

Skullcrushers
4 sets – 20 reps

Rope Pushdown
Super dropset: drop the weight 3 times until failure
