Warmup – Treadmill sprints 30sec on/10sec off x10
Workout – 4 Circuits (2 rounds each) 40sec on/10 sec off
Circuit #1 –
BB Squat & Press
Tricep press
DB Sumo Squat
Incline push ups

Circuit #2 –
Bicycles
BB Curtsy lunge
DB Upright row
Bench Crunches or any ab exercise

Circuit #3 –
Plank
BB Deadlift
In & Out Jump Squats
Tricep Dips
X2
Circuit #4 –
Mountain Climbers
BB Hip thrusts
BB Bent over Row
Burpees
