SHOULDER WORKOUT:

1️⃣Unilateral Shoulder Press: 10 reps each side and then drop the weight 50% and rep out 10 reps; 4 sets
2️⃣Incline Chest Press: 10-12 reps; 4 sets
3️⃣Triple dropset Lateral Raises: 8 heavy, 8 medium, 8 light; 4 sets
4️⃣Unilateral Upright Row: 10 reps medium, 10 light; 4 sets
5️⃣Rear Delt Eye Pulls: 15 reps; 4 sets
