CHEST WORKOUT-

————As promised! Here is the Chest Workout that I have been using to train for the last few months to prepare for the MUSCLECONTEST show. This is an advance chest workout but can be done by anyone as long as you adjust the reps and slow the tempo down a bit. Keep in mind this is lower chest focus only and I add this workout with my “UPPER CHEST” workout to get full chest workout weekly.

1 DROP SET @ 10 REPS / 5 MORE REPS LESS 10%
1 DROP SET AT AN INCREASED 10% WEIGHT @ 8 REPS
