CIRCUIT 1 (7 minutes x2)
Squat 10
Side butt 20
Leg upp 20
Air squat 15
Tricep Dip 20
CIRCUIT 2 (7min x2)
Bicycle crunches 20
Back lift 40
Push ups 15
Mountain climbers 50
Wiggle exercise hehe 30
