1 minute side-stepping (each side)
2 minutes kick-backs
1 minute lateral leg lifts (each side)
1 minute high-knees
1 minute squat-steps
1 minute stepping
12 reps + 2 sets of:
50lb hip thrusts
50lb squats
40lb deadlifts (with resistance band)
resistance band lateral leg lifts (each side)
40lb squats (with resistance band)
40lb wide-stance squats (with resistance band)
20lb bulgarian split squats (each side)
20lb back lunges (each leg)
10 reps + 2 sets of:
cable kick backs
cable lateral leg lifts
15 reps + 2 sets of:
70lb normal stance leg press
70lb wide stance leg press
