WORKOUT:
45 seconds of each exercise with no rest between exercises. Then 1 minute rest between rounds.
5 ROUNDS.
– Thrusters
– Jumping Lunges
– Row
– Burpies

ABS:
15-20 reps of each. 3 ROUNDS.
– Lying leg raises
– Hanging leg raises
– shoulder taps
– up down plank
– plank hold (for as long as possible instead of 15-20 reps)
