30 sec – jump rope regular bounce (1 lb intensity rope)
10 sec rest
1 min – jump rope run in place (1/2 lb energy rope)
30 sec rest
2 min – jump rope boxer skip (1/4 lb agility rope)

***rest 1 min between circuits
***complete circuit 5x
