**Hip mobility Stretches**
1. Single Leg Press: 10 reps; 4 sets
1. SUPERSET W/: Banded Crab Walks: 15 reps each leg
2. Smith Machine Single to Double RDLs: 8 reps total for each leg; 4 sets
3. Hip Thrusts (HEAVY): 6-8 reps; 4 sets
4. Cable Kickbacks: 10 reps each leg; 3 sets
5. Single Ham Curls: 8 reps each side; 3 sets
6. Frog Hip Thrusts: 20 reps; 3 sets
