MetCon AngWOD Workout

Perform each exercise for 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds transition time one after the other. After you are done all 5 exercises repeat for 5 – 7 full rounds

Station #1 – Airdyne/Assualt Bike Sprints 2:54
Station #2 – Alternating To Regular Dumbbell Chest Press 4:01
