LEG WORKOUT FOR MASS 103:
Hey folks! Check out this leg workout for mass 103. This is a leg workout for advance lifters but anyone is welcome to try. The most important thing about this leg workout is proper form and the second most important thing is picking the correct weight. You don’t need to just do heavy weights to have awesome legs. Don’t forget to adjust the sets if you need to fit your current fitness level.

I also have gvt leg workout on the channel for advance training. I always train legs twice every 8 days. A lot of people are afraid to train legs or they just find that training legs is too difficult. Let me tell you, it get’s a lot easier once you are consistent with your training.

Also you should know, legs in general respond quickly to resistance training. So if you are consistent you will see some solid results in a a few months, that alone is motivation to keep training those legs. I have listed below my other 2 leg workouts for mass.
