LEAN LEGS FULL WORKOUT + FULL DAY OF EATING!
Hello Leg Day! If you’re looking to lean, tone and shape your legs while strengthening and lifting your glutes then this is my current go to gym workout! This workout uses a resistance band, bodyweight, machines and free weights! I also take you through my lunch, dinner and what we got up to at the weekend!

W O R K O U T:
Warm Up: (20 – 30 reps each x 2 sets)
Bench: (20 reps x 3 sets Each leg!)
Step Up with Kick to Backwards lunge,
Free Weights (20 – 25 steps per leg)
Walking Overhead Lunges
Weighted walking lunges
Machines (10-15 Reps x 3 Sets)
Kettlebell wall-sit, 30seconds+
Cable Pistol Squats, 10 – 15 reps per leg.
5 – 20minutes stepper depending on time.
