Whats up guys,
I’ve recently started following Kinobodys greek god program. Im currently doing the “Mega” Training workout Routine.

Incline Bench press
Overhead press
Close grip bench press
Reverse pyramid training

Rest 3 minutes each set
3 sets each exercise. 5 reps, 6reps, 8 reps
lower the weight by 10% each set

2nd part
Cable flyes
Dumbbell lateral raises
tricep pushdown
5 sets total
12,10,5,6,6 use the same weight each set! Rest only 15-45 seconds in between sets
