Today’s HIIT circuit workout will focus on total bodyweight exercises and calisthenics.

On today’s jump rope hiit workout we do some Tabata. Essentially, we repeat 8 interval patterns of all out bat-shit crazy exercise (20 seconds) with 10 seconds of absolute rest.

This hiit circuit is highly effective at burning body fat while allowing you to hang onto your lean muscle mass. The best part is that you don’t need a gym to do it. Let’s sweat yo!

Today’s workout:

-20 second – all out jump rope
-20 second – all out jump rope
-20 second – all out jump rope
-20 second – all out jump rope
-20 second – all out jump rope
-20 second – all out jump rope
-20 second – all out jump rope
-20 second – all out jump rope

-rest 10 sec between each 20 sec interval
-rest 1 min between circuits
-complete circuit 3x
