Hello! ^^ I’ve finally managed to finish one of these longer videos! And, as you can see it has various moves that’ll burn calories as well as tone your whole body.
* this workout will help you burn 150-250 calories, depending on your weight and how hard you work (for a more intense and higher calorie burn you can also add in ankle weights or dumbbells where you can).
