Single arm cable row 4×20 each side
Seated shoulder press 4×12
Side lateral raise 4,10,10,10 (10 straight out, 10 in ‘V’ shape, 10 straight out in front
Upright row 3×12
Single arm arm right row 3×15 BURN OUT
Single arm leaning side lateral raise 4×10-12
