In this video I show give you a full bodyweight leg workout for all levels and briefly explain why we should all strive to be well rounded athletes. Get those gains !

Advanced Workout ( Starts @8:30 )
Pop Up w/ Explosive Jump & Knee Tuck x12 or 30 seconds
10-30 Second Rest
3 Explosive Jumping Lunges followed by 5 second ISO hold x6
10-30 Second Rest
Explosive 360 Jumps (5 on each leg)
NO REST
5 Seconds of Quick Feet followed by an explosive vertical jump x5
Rest for 3-5 minutes and repeat the set 3-5 times

Intermediate Workout ( Starts @11:33 )
Pop Up w/ Explosive Jump x12 or 30 seconds
10-30 Second Rest
Jumping Lunges 30 Seconds
10-30 Second Rest
Explosive 180 Jumps (5 on each leg)
NO REST
Quick Feet 30 seconds
Rest for 3-5 minutes and repeat the set 3-5 times

Beginner Workout ( Starts @14:20 )
Leg Get Ups w/ Explosive Jump 30 seconds
10-30 Second Rest
Reverse Lunges 30 Seconds
10-30 Second Rest
Squat + 180 Jumps
NO REST
30 Second Squat Hold
Rest 3-5 minutes and repeat the set 3-5 times
