sumo squat to step up
*swap barbell for dumbbells | swap box for bench or shorter platform

superset | 3 sets
10 straight leg DL to sumo squat
10 single leg straight leg DL on each leg

superset | 3 sets on leg press
10 sumo press
10 frog press | place feet at higher position

burn out | 2 sets on small platform
10 sumo squat to curtsy lunge | keep tension in quad throughout entire movement
10 single leg hip up
10 hip ups
10 other leg single leg hip up

repeat circuit but start with opposite leg! You’re donzooooo wooo!!!
