This is a chest workout that you can do from home, no equipment or gym membership needed! In this video I show you 8 exercises to give you a whole chest workout, covering the upper, middle and lower chest.

I brought this video due to so many of you requesting as you can not commit time to go to the gym and some can not afford a gym membership.
