In this video Coach Dan runs us through a four-exercise core circuit for hockey players. This core workout can be done at the end of any hockey training session (I like to add it to conditioning or speed workouts).

Here’s the full workout:

A1: Plank x 30secs
A2: Single leg hip thrusts x 8/leg
A3: Crunches x 10
A4: Reverse crunches x 10

Complete all 4 exercises back to back with no rest, and then rest 2 mins after A4 before starting your next round. Complete for 3-4 total rounds.
