HIIT Cardio/Core Workout



Hard cardio for 30 seconds then 10 seconds of rest for over half the class. Then we move into bodyweight, core exercises and multiple muscle group training including leg and shoulder work. You will need 5, 8 and 15 or 20 pound dumb bells and gliders. Don’t forget your matt. This is a kick butt workout. ENJOY!!!
