Hey Guys, Enjoy my at home HIIT Cardio, and Abs workout that last less than 10minutes. This workout is a killer. Its an easy way to burn calories and build abs at the same time. Its very intense and effective. Watch out for more post.
Exercise Routine:
Exercise 1: Overhead Triceps Ext ( 20 Reps, 4 Sets)
Exercise 2: DB Bent Over Rows (20 Reps, 4 Sets)
Exercise 3: Side To Side Sprint ( 20 Reps on each arm, 4 Sets)
Exercise 4:Leg Raise DB Touch (25 Reps, 4 Sets)
Exercise 5: Sit-Up Db passes (25 Reps, 4 Sets)
Exercise 6: Upright Obliques Crunch (25 Reps, 4 sets)
Repeat all exercises over and over again for 4 to 5 times. Try limiting the rest period to just 1 min. The purpose of this program is to push you beyond your limits, help you train efficiently with the most time available.
