Oh GOSH! This workout highlight video is memorable! It was the day before the 2018 Arnold Classic. I knew I had a long weekend ahead where I was going to fly out to Ohio, then to New York the same day, then back to Ohio to finish the Arnold Classic expo. With that said, I really wanted to make sure that I completed a couple of intense workouts. So my hometown friend, Shermel, and I had just finished an F45 lower body workout and decided last minute to go straight to Northern Hollywood to hit our upper body. We thought it would be a good idea to dedicate this workout to our SHOULDERS! Thank goodness we had each others support, because the spots were super helpful!!! THANKS SHERM!! LOL! @geekgod21

** WORKOUT INSTRUCTIONS **:

Workout #1 – 3 SETS:
– Dumbbell Shoulder Press 6-8 reps
– Superset with Side Lateral Raises 10-12 reps

Workout #2 – 3 SETS:
– Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises 8-10
– Superset with Incline Underhand Barbell Front Raise 8-10

Workout #3 – 2 SETS:
– Behind the Neck Military Press 10-12
– Barbell Chin Raises 6-10 HEAVY
