Workout:
Glute activation – Super set: 12 banded glute bridges & 16-banded side walk x3
1. 5×12 barbell sumo squat
2. 5×20 hip thrusts as 10 dumbbell, 10 bodyweight
3. 4×10 dumbbell squats on a step – pause at the bottom
4. Superset: 10 kettlebell pulse side lunge & 12 KB swings x4
5. 4×12 dumbbell alternate squat
6. 20,20,20 abductor with a band & single leg hip thrusts x3
7. Finisher – 2×15+ side lying hip raise
