THE WORKOUT
1a. Reverse fly 4×12 (+ we did 1 drop set and 3 forced reps)
2a. DB bicep curl 3×10
2b. DB lateral raise 3×10
2c. DB front raise 3×10
3a. Hammer press pyramid 15, 12, 10, 6 + drop set
3b. Lateral raises (4-5 second eccentric) 4×10-12 (+ we did some forced reps/helping sets)
4a. 1 arm reverse cable fly 3×10-12/arm (no rest while alternating between arms)
5a. Cable lateral raises 2xAMRAP (as many reps as possible) – NOT FILMED
