A1. Incline Bench to Supine Fly
A2. Flat Bench to Supine Fly
2×6 Reps ( Total of 4)

B1. Neutral Grip DB Bench Press into Around The Worlds: 2×6 reps ( 6 single arm 6 together)
B2. Grasshopper pushups -2×12 reps

C1. Bench press to overhead triceps pull over
C2. Single lateral triceps extension
C3. Overhead Triceps Extension
Reps: 3×8

D1. Standing resistance fly (change hand grip)
D2. Triceps extension
Reps: 2×8
