What’s going on Strength Team Family? Here is a Full Body Workout and all you need is a Barbell and a few plates. This workout can be done up to 3 times a week and should only take you about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete. Here is the full workout and it is Gain Certified!
1) Barbell Squats 3 sets x 5-8 reps (3rd set use 85% of 1 rep max)
2) Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlift 2-3 sets x 8-10 reps
3) Barbell Lunge 2-3 sets x 8-12 reps (per leg)
4) Barbell Hip Thrust 2-3 sets x 8-12 reps
5) Barbell Row 2-3 sets x 6-10 reps
6) Barbell T-Bar Row 2-3 sets x 8-12 reps
7) Barbell Pull Over 2-3 sets x 10-12 reps
8) Barbell Incline Bench 2-3 sets x 6-10 reps
9) Barbell Landmines 2-3 sets x 12-15 reps
10) Barbell Side Raise 2-3 sets x 12-15 reps
11) Barbell Wide Grip Shrug 2-3 sets x 12-15 reps
12) Barbell Curls 2-3 sets x 8-12 reps
13) Barbell Incline Extensions 2-3 sets x 12-15 reps
14) Barbell Roll Outs 2-3 sets x AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
