Happy 2018 my little apples!! today we are starting off the new year with a full-body workout. this one is a killer and took us around 2 hours to finish. it’s more of a fun workout than one i incorporate regularly to test endurance and enjoy the sweet burn of muscle building. please remember to choose a weight that is not too heavy but one that can let you feel the burn for 10 sets. again, it’s not a workout we do often but one we just do for fun so i highly recommend not doing this one all the time. please give this video a thumbs up and subscribe for more if you like what you see! we hope you try it out and enjoy it xoxo

THE WORKOUT:

-warm up 8-10 min
-5 x 10 wide stance smith machine squats
-5 x 10 smith machine sissy squats
-10 x 10 lat machine pull down
-10 x 10 dumbbell arnold press (or any shoulder press variation)
-10 x 10 seated bicep curl
-10 x 10 tricep press set (alternate sets of neutral presses + chicken arm presses)
-10 x 10 stiff leg deadlifts
-10 x 10 cable ab crunches
-stretch and refuel!
