45 seconds on each x3. 2 minutes rest between rounds
1) Moving plank
2) Lateral plate holds
3) Pressup (if can you can!) burpees
4) Plate squat and press
5) Wall sit – don’t rest your hands on your knees!
6) Alternate plate raise
