I always get asked what are good forearm workouts. So I decided to share one of them with you all today. I hope you enjoy this forearm workout. Don’t forget your forearms get a lot of training if you are following a well balanced hypertrophy program like one of the ones on this channel. This is if you are looking to speed things up a little.
FULL WORKOUT:
-LATERAL WRIST EXTENSION – 10 REPS
-PLATE HAND SQUEEZE EXTENSIONS-10 REPS
(CAN ALSO USE DUMBBELL)
-DUMBBELL WRIST CURLS-10 REPS
-DUMBBELL GRAB AND HOLD- 20-30 SECS
SWITCH HANDS AND REPEAT
REST 60 SECONDS AND START OVER
2-3 TIMES EACH HAND
