The Workout!!

Straight Leg Deadlift

■4 sets
■4-6 reps
■2 minute rest between sets
Broad Jump

■4 sets
■10 reps
■1 minute rest between sets
Jump Rope For 3 Minutes!

Side-to-Side Push-ups

■3 sets
■12 reps
■1 minute rest between sets
Flat Bench Press

■4 sets
■3-5 reps
■2 minute rest between sets
Jump Rope For 3 Minutes!!

Wide Grip Pull-up

■4 sets
■12 reps
■1 minute rest between sets
Squat Jumps

■3 sets
■12 reps
■1 minute rest between sets
Jump Rope For 3 Minutes!!

For the last part of the workout, you will be performing the 3 exercises listed below as a circuit with no rest in-between exercises. After completing all 3 exercises simulatenously, take a 2 minute rest and repeat. You will be completing a total of 4 sets.

1.Hanging Leg Raises – 10 reps
2.Hanging Alternating Knee-ups – 10 reps
3.Hanging Ab Twists – 10 reps
