**please remember that I’m obviously only a teen girl who likes to work out with no professional background. I don’t need people telling me how to do things or I’m doing it wrong because this is what works for me. Also, everyone’s level of fitness is different so this workout may come easy to some, and difficult to others. Take it as you will, but I don’t need negative comments (which tends to happen whenever I upload a fitness related video). Thanks loves!! 🙂

THE WORKOUT:
20 crunches
20 table-top crunches
20 legs-up crunches
20 leg drops
20 single-leg drops
20 reverse crunches
do it again!

30 russian twists
15 v-crunches
do it again! and again!

1 minute plank
1 minute side plank (on each side)
do it again!

20 side dips each side (weight recommended)
do until fail!
