30 seconds – jump rope regular bounce
30 seconds – jump rope running in place
30 seconds – jump rope regular bounce

30 seconds – jump rope shift front to back
30 seconds – jump rope regular bounce
30 seconds – jump rope regular bounce

*rest 10 sec between exercises
