In this Morning Yoga Flow we learn how to work our core muscles while moving through the poses, so that the whole practice becomes a core workout!

We start simple on our backs, learning to use the muscles without gravity, then try to use them in increasingly difficult poses. This sequence will leave feeling great and you sore in all the right places tomorrow!
