Complete Chest Workout Routine For Everyone!!!
Here is a great chest workout routine that could be completed only using dumbbells and a barbell… Just use dumbbells instead of the fly machine and the workout will still be super efficient. Try to keep you form in check at all times. Here is the full routine.
1) Flat Dumbbell Bench Press – 5 sets x 5 reps
2) Incline Barbell OR Dumbbell Press – 3-4 sets x 8-12 reps
3) Decline Dumbbell Press – 3-4 sets x 8-12 reps
4) Machine OR Dumbbell Flies – 4 sets x 15-20 reps
