For this we do Chest and Tricep Split Workout for our next cycle.
As we get into Cycle 5 our workouts are getting simpler yet powerful. We target upper and inner chest to pop that chest out and give it good mass. This is a very powerful workout for your chest. If you loved it, give us a comment.
Ensure your form is good, and make sure you stretch.
You can find the first Cycle 1 in our Intermediate series playlist. Do Cycle 1 for several weeks, at least 2 to 3 and then move on to Cycle 2, and do that for 2 to 3 weeks and then to Cycle 3 etc.
Make sure you stretch before each workout.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
Incline Barbell Press
8 Sets of 8 Reps (Increase weight after every 2 sets)
Incline Dumbbell Fly
3 Sets of 15 Reps
Plate Press
4 Sets of 8-10 Reps
Cross Cable Fly
4 Sets of 12-15 Reps
Seated Overhead Tricep Extension
4 Sets of 12 Reps
Tricep Rope Push Down
5 Sets of 15 Reps (3 Sec pause)
Tricep Kick Back
3 Sets of 33 Reps
