Description

Full body workout, does not require a gym, only a few items needed!

Circuit 1:
Complete 3x (0,30 or 60 sec rest between exercises)
1. Kickout to hanging leg raise (option 2: kickout to mountain climber 4 reps) 60 seconds
2. Band around legs above knee, squated side walk (4 reps foward and back) 60 sec
3. Seated striaght leg raise to wide leg raise 60 sec

Circuit 2:
1. Band around wrist, front raise and squat 60 seconds
2. Band around knees, one side reverse lunge to curtsy lunge 30 sec each side
3. Band around thighs, plank, in and out hops 60 sec
