This is a workout from phase 1 of our new jump rope workout plan. The purpose of this workout is to help you master the fundamentals of jumping rope while simultaneously building endurance and burning body fat.
Workout:
2 minutes – jump rope regular bounce
30 seconds – rest
2 minutes – jump rope run in place
30 seconds – rest
