THE WORKOUT:
20 min HIIT on Elliptical

Circuit 1: 3 Sets (using 5 lb ankle weights)
15 Donkey Kicks
15 Fire Hydrants (kick optional)
15 Leg Raises

CIRCUIT 2: 2 Sets (using 5 lb dumbbells)
20 squats
20 squat/curtsy lunge
20 glute bridges

Circuit 3: 3 sets (using 3 lb ankle weights)
30 seconds alternating heel taps
30 seconds heel tap things
30 seconds scissor kicks
30 seconds bicycle crunch
30 seconds Russian twists
90 second plank (forget in editing)
