Multi-division former world champion Adrien Broner recently took to social media to reveal one of his intense workout sessions for his upcoming showdown with fellow multi-divisoin former world champion Jessie Vargas. Check it out!

First you run at 6 Mph for 9 min 15 seconds then get off and turn the treadmill up to 10 mph.

Rest for 45 seconds and at the 10 minute mark you get back on and run for 30 seconds then you get off and do 10 push ups this process should only take 40 seconds and you rest for 20 seconds then you repeat 10X

After your last 30 second sprint and 10 push ups you should be at 19 minutes and 40 second mark when the time hit 20 minutes you start your 25 second sprints but no push ups then you rest for 35 seconds and you repeat this 10X

After your Last 25 second sprint the time should be at 29 minutes and 25 seconds when the time hit 30 minute you start your 20 second sprints and rest for 40 seconds and you repeat this 10X

After your last 20 second sprint the time should be 39 minutes and 20 seconds rest for 40 seconds then you turn the speed down to 7 mph and you jog until you reach your 7 mile mark

Once you reach your 7 mile mark you cool down and walk on 3.5 mph for 5-10 minutes HAVE A NICE WORKOUT
