Interval: 30secs Workout 15sec Rest – 10 Intervals
Goal: Beginners x1-2 sets Intermediate x3-4 sets
Beginners, you can do the workout without dumbbells.
To progress:
– Choose the advance option.
– Go for heavier weights.
