Description

This is an edited version of a recent Public Holiday morning ride along Melbourne’s ‘famous’ Beach Road. This workout can easily be fitted into an hour (along with some faffing around). It fills the missing gap in our range of different length workout videos from 25 to 60 minutes. Two sets, the first with long efforts over a minute and a half. The second set starts with similar long efforts which then get shorter near the end. It’s got a generic “creative commons license” soundtrack, so put your own music on if you don’t like it!
