30 Minute Cardio & Abs Superset Workout | The Body Coach

Description

For this workout we’ll be doing Supersets. So we’ll combine a cardio exercise with an abs exercise and then rest after doing both sets together. 45 seconds cardio, 45 seconds abs and rest for 30 seconds.

There are 5 combinations in total and we’ll do each round 3 times, so we’re working in total for 30 minutes.

2 Broad Jumps and Shuffle Back – Straight Arm Sit Up
2 Wide Plank Jacks and 2 Plank Knee Tucks – 3 Knee Up Crunches and 3 Full Body Crunches
Lateral Squat Jumps – Flutter Kicks
2 Press Ups and 6 Mountain Climbers – Alternate Single Leg Crunch
High Knee Rope Climb – 10 Superman Crunches on each leg
