Banded Hip Thrusts: 20 reps; 3 sets

Assisted Pull-ups: 20 reps; 3 sets
SUPERSET W/: Assisted Dips: 15 reps

Lateral Raise Machine: 20 reps; 3 sets

Squat Press Lunge: 8 reps each side; 2-3 sets
SUPERSET W/: Push-up into Mt. Climbers: 10 reps
