It’s a new day, new year, a new start. 2015 is going to be a great year, lets start this great year with good exercise routine.

Here I share with you a 10 min kung fu workout routine, it combines the movements I taught in the last few videos (Wulong Panda, Basics to Punch, Cai Jiao & Er Ti Jiao), please see links below if you want to see the relevant tutorials:
