Hey Guys,

I’m so sorry this workout video took a little longer than planned but it is finally here! In this video I will share my 20 min full body workout that I used to get ready for the Victoria’s Secret Show.

These exercises are really amazing for toning the body and lengthening all the muscles, especially if I need to be ready for a show or bikini shoot!

The best part is you can do this anywhere, at home, the gym or on holiday. For equipment I used hand weights, ankle weights and a resistance band. If you don’t have these at home you can also do this without! Also if you wanna make the workout a little harder use heavier weights or do more reps!
