1) Push ups
2) Squats
3) 1 arm row
4) Stationary lunge – right leg forward
5) Other arm one arm row
6) Stationary lunge – left leg forward
7) Chest press with bridge
8) 1-legged bridge
9) Other leg
10) Pull over with legs lowering
11) Bicycle crunches
12) Glute press with dumbbell
13) Other side glute press
14 Tricep extension
15) Bicep curls
16) Front to side lateral raises
17) Plie squat
18) Shoulder presses
19) V-sit reaches
20) Plank ups – alternating
1 x 50 sec / 10 sec rest
