GET LEAN IN FIFTEEN: Jump your way fit and lean in just 15 minutes from the comfort and convenience of your home with this full body rebounding workout video.

6 Tips for success:

1. Focus on pushing your feet down into the rebounding mat as apposed to jumping really high
2. Keep your core tight throughout
3. Remember to breathe throughout
4. Drink water
5. Always stretch and cool down well (you will feel it the following day/days if you don’t!)
6. Shower after exercise to wash away the toxins released through your sweat or they will seep back in to your system.

INTENSITY: Adapt this workout to low impact by keeping your moves small. The bigger and more energetic your moves the more intense the workout becomes.

Rebounding is a FUN, low impact, energising, full body cardio workout. It’s also an excellent way to help detoxify the body of nasty energy-draining, sickness-enducing toxins, and gives a great endorphine high to help improve mood!
