Hey friends!! Today’s video is a little different. You’re always asking me in the comments whether I can do a home workout so here it is! I have to say, I was dead after this one! If you’re new to this then I provide some easier variations for you to work up to doing the full routine!! Enjoy and lots of love as always!! xxx

WORKOUT:

15mins, 30s per exercise – go all out, 30s rest. If you’re just starting out, I’ve provided some tips in the video to help you progress toward the full move. This workout is challenging so it’s meant to be difficult but the good news is that it only lasts for 15mins! (:

1. Floor to ceiling touches
2. Forward and backward bounds
3. High knees
4. Squat thrusts
5. Jumping alternative lunges
6. Pike sit-ups
7. Alternating pistol squats
8. Front plank walks
9. Reverse plank walks
10. Jump squats
11. Box knee drives
12. Kick sits
13. Corner agility drills
14. Kneeling squat jumps
15. Static iguana press-ups
